INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

Mesa , AZ

Iveda Solutions is looking for reliable individuals to remotely monitor our customers’ properties. Through our state-of-the-art camera equipment you will be responsible to monitor, alert, and help in the successful prevention of unauthorized activity or assist in the capture of unauthorized people.

We are seeking individuals with great customer service skills and are Internet savvy. We need someone who is willing to burn the midnight oil. Night owls should apply.

This is NOT a telecommute position.

Our Remote Intervention Center is located in Mesa, AZ. We are looking to fill a variety of part time and full time positions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service skills
• Basic email knowledge
• Basic chat applications knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST be able to stay focus for long periods of time
• MUST be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Plus: Spanish speaking

Must be able to work the following Shifts:

 

FULL TIME, Mandatory Schedule includes working Any day of the week from 10pm to 6am. With possibility of working Weekends or Holidays

PART TIME, Mandatory Work Schedule of Saturday & Sunday 10pm to 6am. With possibility of working Holidays.
